Part-time Sales Associate
VESTIGE is currently hiring for P/T sales associates with weekend availability at our Fishtown-based retail store.
Seeking Applicants:
That are passionate about slow fashion and interested in learning all aspects of the retail business
That have relevant retail and customer service experience & brand knowledge in the luxury and sustainable fashion world
Who enjoy working hands-on with customers and proactively engaging with customers in both the shop and via email, phone and social media channels
That enjoy assisting with locating the perfect gift, the right size and lending your expert knowledge to ensure each customer leaves having had a successful experience
That are eager to learn the background of our brand roster and engage with customers based on a shared love for sustainable and designer fashion
Who are creative and enthusiastic problem-solvers who thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and can alternate between projects at a moment's notice
Job Duties:
Assist with a variety of projects including web fulfillment, packing orders, processing incoming deliveries, inventory management, store maintenance, photoshoot preparation and content creation
Offer friendly, proactive and helpful customer service, utilizing your expertise on our brand assortment and current inventory to assist customers in finding the right style, fit and size
General store maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, watering plants and flowers & trash/recycling
Fold, hang & steam merchandise for the floor and straighten racks and shelves throughout the day as needed
Replenish inventory after sales or as new merchandise is delivered
Assist with incoming deliveries, quality control, tag merchandise and put away backstock in a timely manner
Pack all orders by Vestige standards and maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for all outgoing shipments
Help to generate content for our social media platforms
Assist with all in-store events and pop ups
Foster an inviting and friendly store atmosphere that encourages repeat business and satisfied customers
