About The Position:
The General Manager (GM) will oversee daily operations of Taco Heart, ensuring both long term and immediate goals are being achieved. The GM must be inspiring to staff and guests alike, moving easily between an approach grounded in the ideals of Taco Heart’s core values and the practicalities of running a sustainably profitable business. Ideally, Taco Heart is seeking a GM with a kitchen management/chef background, but we are willing to consider someone who came up in the front of house.

Requirements:
2 years General Manager, Head Chef, Head Kitchen Manager experience
Ability to communicate with staff in both English and Spanish

Ideally speaks Spanish fluently
Has kitchen training and admin experience

New June Bakery is a small women owned bakery located in the Brewerytown / Fairmount neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA. We offer a seasonal selection of uniquely designed cakes & pastries that are not only beautiful, but delicious too.

Position type: Full-time, On-site
Pay: $65-72k annual salary depending on experience
Expected Hours: 35-45 hours/week
