Cool off in the Fishtown URBY Courtyard with an Oyster & Wine Party!
Part summertime social, part blind tasting crash course, oyster master Khanh Nguyen of Doctor Oyster will lead things off with a flight of four mystery oysters, followed by a flight of four mystery wines poured by sommelier Dan Solway of Santé.
We'll put your palate to the test! Each guest gets a tasting card to fill out -- at the end of the evening we'll tally the results, and the person with the most correct answers will win some prizes! Come learn about pairing oysters and wine, blind tasting technique, and more!!
Additional food and drinks will be served as well!
