This 4th of July, we’re celebrating badass American cheesemongers!
After slicing and dicing their way to the top at the Cheesemonger Invitational, cheese pros Emilia D'Albero and Courtney Johnson are headed to France this September to represent Team USA at the legendary Mondial du Fromage—a.k.a. the global Olympics of cheese!
Before they hop across the pond, we’re giving them the ultimate sendoff with a live, interactive cheese showdown. Come watch Emilia and Courtney as they practice the jaw-dropping challenges they'll face at Mondial—like:
-Constructing an original cheese sculpture
-Designing a full table of gorgeously plated cheese
-Crafting numerous artistic, crave-worthy cheese pairings
You’ll get to watch the magic happen—then EAT the masterpieces! (Yes, really.) We'll also be holding fun raffles throughout the event to help fund Emilia and Courtney’s supplies and travel to France.
And guess what? It's the first time ever that Team USA is all women. So you know we have to show them some love! Come hungry, leave inspired. Bring your loudest “USA! USA!” chant and let’s give these cheesy queens the sendoff they deserve.
