Join us for a special session with guest trainer Sadie Stehr (BS EXS, NASM-CPT)—a 45-ish minute movement class led by Tay, followed by a chill post-workout social.
The Daily will be open for coffee, pastries, and breakfast sammies (pay-as-you-go).
