Enjoy an invigorating yet rejuvenating all-level hatha yoga class accompanied by the extremely innovative and talented Koof! Find Koof at the intersection of art and technology distorting, looping, and merging different brass instruments into epic and meditative soundscapes that will take you on a journey you won't forget. This experience will surely reset and recalibrate you in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Aleena has been practicing yoga for 15 years, completing her 200 Hour certification in India. Aleena is also is a professional dancer, aerialist, acrobat, astrologer, and fiber artist. She loves to bring a sense of play enthusiasm to her teaching.

If you don't have a mat, but want to come, send me a message: aleena@promethia.design - I have a limited number available.
If you have any other yoga props you like to practice with, feel free to bring those along too.
Class begins promptly at 6:30, so please arrive early; parking can be difficult to find.
Bring some water, wear clothes that are comfortable for you to move in, and I look forward to seeing you there!
