Come gather with Sara of Undercurrent Sound Healing for a soulful Summer Solstice Sound Healing event, where we’ll embrace the sun’s grounding energy and celebrate the longest day of the year. Together, we’ll anchor into the solar plexus chakra, igniting our inner fire with intention setting, breathwork, and bringing an offering for the community altar.
As we settle in, you’ll be guided into an hour-long sound bath—inviting stillness to create a deeply meditative space where you can feel the solar energy moving through you. Sara will weave her voice with Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, helping you usher in summer with a peaceful nervous system and an open heart. Each guest will receive a sound bath from a Himalayan bowl placed directly on the body at the solar plexus.
As we gradually return to our space, we’ll close the circle with reflection and a mantra practice to guide your transition into the fullness of summer.
Please bring: a yoga mat, journal, pen, and an offering for our summer solstice altar. Eye masks and props are encouraged, and blankets & tea will be provided.
