Hang out with Monarch Yoga & our awesome neighbor North Bowl for an afternoon of yoga and bowling! We'll start our day with a 45-minute Power Vinyasa class, before hitting the lanes for a game and a drink.
Your ticket includes class, a game & shoe rental, and a complimentary Bloody Mary, Mimosa, or juice.
Class will take place at North Bowl (909 N Second St). Please note, rental mats are not available at this location. Students should bring a mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Please bring socks for your shoe rental!
To attend, purchase a "Yoga & Bowl" credit. Tickets are $30 and members recieve a $5 discount.
